Alon Saposhnik is the founder and the manager of Alon Saposhnik, Law Office. Alon has 15 years of experience as an advocate. Alon advised and represented hundreds of business entities and business owners on wide variety of legal matters, transactions, and disputes.

Prior to founding Alon Saposhnik law office, Alon worked in the real estate department of Field Fisher branch in Hamburg and in litigation and commercial departments of leading law firms in Israel.

While working in Israel and Germany, Alon Saposhnik has acted on both domestic and cross border transactions for domestic and international companies, private investors and developers, software companies, large distributers, manufacturers, agents and trading companies from various sectors.

Throught the years Alon handled many high volume commercial litigation and arbitration cases and  represented clients on petitions and appeals against administrative and municipalities decisions as well as on tax matters.

Alon holds master degree in Law and Business (MLB) - Joachim Herz Program from two of Germany's leading private universities Bucerius Law School and WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management where he was awarded the Gustav und Catharina Schürfeld Foundation Scholarship.

In addition, Alon holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from the Academic Center of Law and Science, in Hod-Hashron, Israel, where he graduated with honors.

Alon Saposhnik is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2007.

Alon acts as a member of the Bar Association Corporation Committee and the International Relationship Committee for Germany and Austria.

Alon Saposhnik is an ambassador at The German Israeli Network of Startups & Mittelstand (GINSUM).

Alon acts as the head of the regional chapter of In-Praxi WHU Alumni Association.

Alon acts as the head of the regional chapter of Bucerius Law School Alumni Association.

Alon Saposhnik speaks Hebrew, English and German and he gained an experience with working in a multicultural environment.
